www.marchelab.com is a b2b platform that allows you to collect product feeds from different fashion companies or merchants with their own proprietary e.commerce and redistribute them to third parties who sell the products themselves on the platform, by means of of .xml and .csv alignments.
All purchases made from our site are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree n.185 of 22/05/1999 on distance contracts.
--> WHAT DO WE MEAN BY A DISTANCE CONTRACT:
By online purchase contract is meant the remote contract and that is the legal shop having as its object the purchase of products, stipulated between Linguistic Studio, hereinafter also called Marchelab, with registered office in Macerata (MC) , Via A. Severini 6/A, and a consumer, carried out remotely, via the telematic network, on its Website.
--> PRICES AND CURRENCY
The published prices and final invoices are in Euros.
The amount that will be charged to your credit card or current account may vary as it is based on floating exchange rates and bank fees.

Orders are shipped from:
Marchelab -Via A. Severini 6/A - 62100 Macerata (MC), from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday

Orders for available products are shipped within the same day or the next business day.
In all cases, Marchelab reserves the right to postpone the shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons of force majeure.

--> AUTHORIZED DELIVERY
All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with Marchelab and therefore undertake to accept the delivery of their package. If, for any reason, the Customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests the return from the sender of any shipping costs, charged to Marchelab, it will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
--> ORDER DELIVERY
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing proof of delivery of the shipment. --> ORDER PROCESSING
Once an order has been made for the items available, changes can only be made by sending an email to [email protected] within 2 hours of confirmation of the same. Orders placed separately will be shipped together only if confirmed within 2 hours of each other.

--> REPLACEMENT OF ITEM FOR SHIPPING ERROR:
The procedure for replacing products for a shipping error can be activated when a product other than the one the customer has ordered and, therefore, not present in his order, was incorrectly shipped by Marchelab.
The procedure can be activated within 7 calendar days from the delivery date of the goods, the activation of the service can be carried out by sending an e-mail with the subject of "incorrect shipment" to our e-mail address [email protected]

Shipping costs are borne by Marchelab. The opening of the package will be allowed, insofar as indispensable, only in the case in which the packaging does not allow the verification of the ordered product compared to the one delivered.
