Your order will be shipped within the business day of purchase.

For the shipping address, take into account these 2 cases:
- with PayPal payment we are obliged to ship the item to the address indicated by the buyer during the payment;
- with other payment methods, the buyer is required to communicate the address where to ship in the event of an address other than the billing address.

In both cases the customer is required to specify a telephone number that we must communicate to the courier in case of any problems in the delivery.
In the absence of the telephone number, your order may be delayed or remain pending until we are provided with the information necessary for the shipment.

Even if we rely on the best couriers, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery and for any inconvenience due to force majeure.

FOR EXTRA EEC INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS Customs costs or additional costs may be applied depending on the country of destination: these additional costs are always charged to the buyer.
