How to make a return

PRODUCT RETURN

The cost to return the item is the responsibility of the buyer.

Withdrawal Right Information:

Under the Right of Withdrawal - Art. 64 Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005, the buyer has the right to return the item, without the need to specify the reason, if the following requirements are met:
- no more than 14 days have passed since the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer;
- the item is returned intact (i.e., unused and complete with all original packaging and accessories).
Once the aforementioned legal conditions are met, the buyer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the purchased item within approximately 14-18 working days, excluding shipping costs paid.

- Product Replacement for Shipping Error: The procedure for replacing products due to a shipping error occurs when Marchelab sends an item different from what was actually ordered by the customer. The check will be carried out in reference to the order on the website. The process can be activated within 7 calendar days from the delivery date of the goods, and the service can be activated by sending an email with the subject "wrong delivery" to our email address. Before activating this service, please compare the received item with the technical description on our website, where you can find detailed photos of each item and its main technical features. In this case, shipping costs will be refunded, but the item must be returned in the same good condition as it was delivered. Items must be returned in a sturdy box capable of protecting them from any damage during transport. This procedure assumes the replacement of the product. In case of impossibility of product replacement, a full refund will be issued.

- General Returns and Refunds: Consumer Contracts Regulations allow returning an item if a user simply changes their mind about the purchase. In this case, you are responsible for returning the items within 14 calendar days from the purchase date, and refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days after the goods are received by our offices. Returned items must be in perfect condition, without any signs of use. Unwanted products must be returned in a suitable sturdy box to protect them from any damage during transport. The customer will be responsible for arranging the delivery of the package at their own expense. The item's price will be fully refunded.
