Refund Policies

- Item replacement for shipping error:
The replacement procedure of products for a shipping error take place in case Marchelab sent an unwanted items by mistake. The check will be made against the order present in the web site order list. The process can be activated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods, the service activation can be done by sending an e-mail with the subject "wrong delivery" to our e-mail address. Before activating this service, you are supposed to compare the item received with the technical description on our website, where you can find detailed photos of each item and its main technical characteristics. In this case shipping cost will be refunded, but the item must be returned in the same good condition in which has been delivered. Items must be returned with a suitable rigid box able to protect them against any damage during transport. In case products cannot be changed with a right one, a complete refund will be provided.

- General Returns and refunds
The Consumer Contracts Regulations allow you to return an item if you simply change your mind. In this case, you are responsible for returning the items within 14 calendar days from the purchased date, and refunds will be paid within 14 calendar days after the returning goods are received by our offices. Returned items must be in perfect condition without any evidence of use. Unwanted products must be be returned with a suitable rigid box able to protect them against any damage during transport. Customer will be in charge of arranging the returned package delivery, while items price will be completely refunded.
